Refund & Cancellation Policy
Origin Of Scale

Origin Of Scale provides digital marketing and consulting services. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, the following refund policy applies:
1. General Policy
All payments made to Origin Of Scale are for digital services and time-based execution.
Payments once made are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Done For You (DFY) Services
- Once campaign setup, strategy work, or execution has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
- If cancellation is requested before work initiation, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
- Advertising budget paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is strictly non-refundable.
3. Done With You (DWY) Services
- Strategy sessions, consulting calls, and guided implementation services are non-refundable once delivered.
- Rescheduling may be allowed with prior notice (minimum 24 hours).
4. Do It Yourself (DIY) Products
- Digital products, templates, frameworks, recordings, or training materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- No refunds will be provided for failure to implement or achieve desired outcomes.
5. Money-Back Guarantee (If Applicable)
A refund may be considered only if:
- The Agency fails to deliver a single qualified lead during the agreed service period (if such a guarantee was explicitly offered in writing).
This does not apply if:
- Leads were delivered but not converted
- Client failed to follow up
- Client failed to implement recommended processes
6. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
