1. Nature of Services

Origin Of Scale is a performance marketing and consulting agency providing services including but not limited to:

• Lead generation campaigns
• Paid advertisement management
• Funnel and landing page setup
• Marketing strategy and business consulting
• CRM guidance and automation support
• Sales process structuring

Our services may be delivered in the following formats:

1.1 Done For You (DFY)

We execute campaigns, funnels, or systems on behalf of the Client.

1.2 Done With You (DWY)

We collaborate with the Client through strategy sessions, guidance, and implementation support.

1.3 Do It Yourself (DIY)

We provide consulting, frameworks, templates, tools, or educational material for self-implementation.

All services are digital in nature.

2. Pricing & Payments

2.1 All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).

2.2 Full payment or agreed advance payment is required before service commencement.

2.3 Payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways.

2.4 Payments once made are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. No Guarantee of Results

3.1 Origin Of Scale does not guarantee:

• Sales
• Conversions
• Revenue
• Business growth outcomes

3.2 Marketing results depend on various factors including budget, offer quality, market demand, competition, and client-side execution.

3.3 For DWY and DIY services, implementation responsibility lies solely with the Client.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Provide required access (ad accounts, CRM, website, assets)
• Respond promptly for approvals
• Actively follow up on leads
• Implement guidance provided in DWY and DIY formats

The Agency shall not be responsible for poor performance caused by client-side delays or non-implementation.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• DFY deliverables become the Client’s property.
• DWY and DIY materials remain the intellectual property of Origin Of Scale and are licensed for the Client’s internal use only.

Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of proprietary materials is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Origin Of Scale shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Account suspensions caused by third-party platform policy violations
• Improper implementation of guidance under DWY or DIY models

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current billing cycle.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services as per agreed terms. Any outstanding payments must be cleared prior to termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall be Gujarat, India.
